2 months of participation in:

Facilitator monitored MPTS forum
90 minutes per week facilitator monitored insight dialogue group
Steve's Weekly "Guidance on the Mindful Path."

A foundation of personal meditation practice is important before entering into MPTS forum or participating in Insight Dialog Practice. Please do not join an Insight Dialog group until you have completed first 6 weeks of MPTS Program.

**Due to the need for a solid foundation of mindfulness practice, participation in MPTS forum and Insight Dialogue groups are only available after participation in this program.
