The online Mindful Path through Shyness Program Led by Steve Flowers, MFT
Each 8-week teacher-led group series will be conducted at times when 8 or more participants have registered and will include:
- Participation in (8) live, weekly 2 hour class meetings using our internet classroom with state of the art audio/visual resources from www.emindful.com. Classes are held in real-time and require high-speed internet connections, headsets for audio communications, and webcams for visual communications (optional).
- Participation in 1 (6) hour online meditation retreat
- One copy of The Mindful Path through Shyness, how mindfulness and compassion can help free you from social anxiety, fear and avoidance.
- Mindful Path through Shyness Workbook
- Four audio downloads of Mindfulness Practice's (body scan meditation, yoga practice, sitting meditation and chi gong practice)
- Two 35 minute video downloads of yoga practice and Chi Gong practice.
- Two 90 minutes per week facilitator monitored insight dialogue groups (provided during classes 7 and 8)
4-months of registration in the MPTS forum in which you can join with others, individually or in groups, in interpersonal mindfulness practices that are constructed to help you grow in emotional self-regulation and in self-expression
