Coaching in Mindfulness Meditation
Steve Flowers MFT has conducted many workshops on mindfulness-based psychotherapy and is available for case consultation in a variety of contexts:
- Mindfulness interventions for specific therapeutic needs. Interventions fit into two basic categories: mindfulness oriented/cognitive behavioral or mindfulness-based interventions, which involve teaching mindfulness meditation and/or mindful movement practices to clients.
- Formal and informal mindfulness meditation practices for opening into the present moment, and practical applications of mindfulness for use with specific psychotherapy clients.
- Cultivating mindfulness in the therapeutic relationship: Therapist mindfulness, empathy, attunement and resonance.
- Consultation with mindfulness-based couples therapy
