Reduction (MBSR) live online class. Mindfulness meditation is a powerful
way to manage stress that may well become the foundation of a comprehensive
new model of clinical healthcare. Mindfulness
is simply paying attention to our moment-to-moment experience. When we begin
to pay attention to what is happening now, instead of anticipating
the “next thing” and the “thing after that”,
we begin to relax and become more comfortable in our own skin. We
begin to realize our fears and anxieties don’t need to rule
